Up to 6 FAQs and 6 practical visit details, placed where they help your visitors.
Before separately disclosed applicable tax or external costs. Page names, content and the build language are confirmed in writing. Agreed policy pages do not count toward the 3 or 5 main pages. Extra pages, languages, booking systems or other functions require a separate written scope and price.
Website Service
Hosting, SSL, backups, 2 small edits per month and an email support response within 3 business days. Small edits cover existing text, photos or hours.
The initial term is 12 months. Early cancellation costs 50% of the remaining months’ service fees. After 12 months, service continues month-to-month; give 30 days’ written or email notice to cancel.
Example: 6 months × $99 × 50% = $297. The same canceled future months are not also charged in full.
Enrollment means the moment checkout opens. Enrollment through December 31, 2027 keeps the $99 renewal rate. New enrollment from January 1, 2028 is $109.90/month with the same 12-month initial term.
Scope & optional extras
Both packages include two consolidated feedback rounds. Provider-error corrections do not use these rounds.
Additional revision rounds need your written approval before work. New functions and redesigns are separately scoped.
Code/design files can be purchased after all agreement payments are completed. Your domain and customer content remain yours.
A full refund applies before work starts. Setup is non-refundable after design starts; used service fees are non-refundable. If OLCAY LLC cannot deliver, the affected order receives a full refund and related future billing stops. Read the terms · Refund policy
