This notice explains what OLCAY LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates the Lugom brand, does with the details you share when you contact us by phone, text or email, request a personalized website preview, or become a business customer.

Your request, your choice. For a preview request, we use your details to prepare the concept and respond to you. Contacting us is not a purchase and not a marketing subscription, and no payment is taken.

We do not intentionally add advertising trackers, marketing cookies or analytics tools to this site. Hosting and security providers may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the website.
Business orders, payment and signatures
If you become a business customer, we also keep agreed scope, supplied materials, billing and signature records, support messages and cancellation or refund requests as needed to provide the service and maintain business records. Payment and signature providers process information for an order when those services are used. Payment-card information is entered with the payment provider; do not send card details to us by email or text.
Why we use it

- To reply to you about your request.
- For customers, to deliver agreed work, provide support, administer billing, signatures, cancellations and refunds, and maintain appropriate business records.
Where it is stored
Your request is stored using the software and infrastructure we use to operate our business. Service providers host the website, store request information and deliver email. Hosting providers also process technical request data, such as network addresses, to deliver and protect the website.
Who can see it
OLCAY LLC and the service providers we use may process your information only as needed to operate the website and respond to your request or administer your agreed service. We do not sell your information or add you to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain appropriate business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner where applicable.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about your request, correct it, withdraw your request or ask us to delete it by replying to an email from OLCAY LLC or contacting lugom.olcay@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where needed for legal or accounting obligations.
Changes to this notice
If we materially change how the information described here is handled, we will update this notice.
