1. Business customers only

Sales are business-to-business (B2B) only. You must buy for a business, and the signer must have authority to act for that business. OLCAY LLC does not sell these packages to individual consumers. Your business legal name, business purpose, and authorized contact must appear in the Agreement.

2. Prices and enrollment

All amounts are in US dollars. Website Service is required with the website purchase and is separate from the one-time setup fee.

Enrollment is the moment checkout is opened. Opening checkout determines price eligibility; it does not by itself authorize payment or sign a contract.

A checkout opened on or before December 31, 2027 receives the protected $99/month renewal rate, which remains unchanged on January 1, 2028. New checkouts opened from January 1, 2028 use $109.90/month. These date boundaries use America/New_York time.

The initial service commitment totals $1,188 at $99/month or $1,318.80 at $109.90/month, excluding setup and optional purchases. If the first service month is collected with setup, the combined payment is $648.99 for Website or $798.99 for Advanced at $99/month; at $109.90/month it is $659.89 or $809.89. The actual amount due now, monthly amount, first charge date, and commitment dates are disclosed before purchase. Any applicable tax or external cost must be separately disclosed.

Standard Website includes 3 main content pages: Home, Services or Menu, and Contact & Visit. Advanced includes 5 main content pages: Home, Services or Menu, About, Gallery, and Contact & Visit, with up to 6 questions and answers and up to 6 practical visit details. Page names, supplied content and the single agreed build language are recorded before work. Policy pages do not count toward these main-page totals when included in the agreed scope. Additional pages, language versions or functions require a separate written scope and price.

3. Included Website Service

The $99/month service includes hosting, SSL, backups, 2 small edits per month, and email support within 3 business days. The same included scope applies to the $109.90/month new-enrollment service.

Small edits are changes to existing text, photos, or opening hours. New pages, new functions, and redesigns are outside that small-edit scope. The 2 monthly small edits are separate from the 2 initial revision rounds. Email support means a response within 3 business days; resolution timing depends on the issue. Support is not unlimited, and there is no uptime guarantee.

The Agreement records the monthly edit window, hosting operator, backup frequency/retention and restoration arrangements, support contact, and business-day calendar. These details cannot remove the included hosting, SSL, backups, edits, or support. Domain registration/renewal, email hosting, and unrelated third-party subscriptions must be identified separately if relevant.

4. Delivery and review

Delivery is 3–7 business days starting when the customer has supplied all required materials, including the logo, photos, and business information. A later payment, signature, internal checklist, or approval event does not reset the delivery clock.

Delivery means sending the customer the website review link. It does not mean live-domain launch or code/design file handover. Time spent waiting for the customer's reply is excluded from the 3–7 business day period. Internal production delays are not customer-wait time.

The customer provides accurate content, permission to use its assets, and one authorized decision-maker for feedback. Live-domain launch requires your approval of the final identified version.

5. Revisions

Each package includes 2 revision rounds within the agreed scope. A round is one consolidated feedback list on the identified version followed by one updated version. Internal builds are not customer revision rounds.

After those 2 included rounds, each additional revision round costs $149. The round and charge require your written approval before work starts. Provider-error corrections or missing agreed work do not consume an included round or become a paid extra round. New functions or a redesign require a separate agreed scope; a $149 revision round does not promise unlimited new work.

6. Commitment, early cancellation, and renewal

Website Service has an initial 12-month commitment, billed monthly at the customer's cohort rate. The checkout-open enrollment event is separate from the agreed service and billing start dates.

If you cancel with an effective end date before the initial 12 months are completed, the early cancellation fee is 50% of the monthly fees for the remaining months of that initial term.

Early cancellation fee = remaining months × your monthly rate × 50%.

For example, 6 remaining months at $99/month produce a $297 fee. At $109.90/month, 6 remaining months produce a $329.70 fee. You receive an itemized calculation stating the original term, effective end date, remaining months, and rate. Already-used unpaid service is payable separately. The same canceled future months are not charged both in full and through the 50% fee.

The fee is disclosed here; any collection method must also be properly disclosed and authorized.

After the initial 12 months, service automatically continues month-to-month. Cancel with at least 30 days' advance written or email notice. You may cancel through the same channel in which you accepted: online acceptance can be canceled online, and email acceptance can be canceled by email. No phone call or different channel is required. OLCAY LLC confirms the received date, effective end date, and final bill in writing.

Notice given during the initial term for an end date at or after completion of the 12 months does not make that end date an early cancellation. No early cancellation fee applies to an end date after completion of the initial term. The protected $99/month renewal rate remains in place for qualifying enrollments.

7. Refunds

REFUND_POLICY_v2.4 applies. Before work starts, the customer receives a full refund. Once design work starts, the setup fee is non-refundable. Used monthly service fees are non-refundable. If OLCAY LLC cannot deliver, the customer receives a full refund; that rule takes priority over the ordinary non-refundable wording.

8. Unpaid service

If a payment is missed, OLCAY LLC sends a written email warning allowing 14 days to pay. If the payment is still unpaid after that warning period, the website is temporarily taken offline. It is restored when the payment is received and verified.

The site is not suspended before the notice period expires. Suspension is temporary. The site and backups are preserved, and your domain ownership, supplied content, and unrelated email services are unaffected.

9. Domain, content, and $199 file handover

The domain and customer content, including the logo, photos, and text, always belong to the customer, even during a payment dispute or suspension. The customer grants permission to use that content for this project and confirms the necessary publication rights. Portfolio or advertising use requires separate permission. Customer-owned content and domain/account access are returned without requiring the file handover purchase.

Website code and design file handover costs $199 and may be purchased only after all payments under the Agreement are completed. This includes initial-term obligations or their early cancellation settlement, outstanding service invoices, approved extra revisions, and any applicable early cancellation fee. Being current on one monthly installment alone does not complete the initial 12-month payment obligations.

The actual code and design file inventory, formats, rights, licenses, and secure delivery method are agreed before payment. Internal tools, other customers' data, credentials, and non-transferable third-party materials are excluded; any exclusion affecting the promised handover must be explained before purchase. The $199 fee is not automatically added to checkout, and file handover does not automatically cancel Website Service.

Hosting account operation does not transfer ownership of the customer's domain or supplied content.

10. Agreement records and governing law

The governing law and any venue provisions are specified in the signed Service Agreement, subject to requirements that cannot be waived.

The Terms and Refund Policy accepted for your order remain part of your Agreement. Changes to that Agreement require written agreement and any required new consent.
