  1. 1

    Tell us about your business

Share your business name, location, services and what your visitors need to do. Call, text or email; no payment is taken.

  2. 2

    See a personalized direction

Review the visual concept and the proposed page structure. A free preview is a design direction, not the completed paid website.

  3. 3

    Agree on the work

Confirm the package, pages, build language, materials, contract and billing dates in writing before purchasing.

  4. 4

    Review your website

The review link is the agreed delivery event, due in 3–7 business days after we receive all required materials, excluding time waiting for your reply. Two revision rounds are included.

  5. 5

Launch and keep it cared for

After approval, connect the agreed domain and publish. Website Service covers hosting, SSL, backups and two small edits per month.

Good to know

Questions,
answered clearly.

Do both packages have separate pages?

Yes. Standard has three main pages; Advanced has five. We agree the page names and content in writing.

Is the monthly service optional?

No. Website Service is required and starts with a 12-month commitment. The Packages and Terms pages explain renewal and cancellation.

Does my package include three languages?

The LUGOM website has English, Spanish and Turkish. Your customer website includes one agreed build language. Additional languages are scoped and priced separately.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Your domain and customer-owned content remain yours. Domain purchase and other external charges must be disclosed separately.

Can I add reservations or online payments?

We can discuss the need, but these functions are not automatically included. They need a separate written scope, price and suitable provider setup.
